Replica Ironwork, forged from iron and steel with coal or charcoal. Cast bronze

Making replica’s of objects in iron and copper alloys. The iron is forged, the copper/bronze is cast. Knives and swords are hafted in wood, bone and horn.

I have made objects for the educational department of Museum Het Valkhof in Nijmegen, Limburgs Museum,Venlo, Augsburg University and for a exposition in Rome. I also custom make various objects for the re-enactment community.

I have a mobile replicate Roman smithy for display purposes, having given demo’s to the public at Romeinenfestival and in Museumpark Orientalis.
