Partner meeting, Eindhoven February 2012

In order to discuss the development of the work plan on PR & Communication, a meeting was held in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Both the websites were close to ready, and several products needed to be agreed upon before they could go to print and shared two months later at the OpenArch meeting in Italy.
Also, the Borger Meeting, October 2011 was evaluated from an organiser’s point of view as well as how the community manager is functioning. The plan was that by mid-2012, most products of our WP were made in order for the partners to start using. We have reached our goals in these, following on which we need to keep monitoring how people use the PR instruments.
