The Norwegian Forum for Experimental Archaeology was founded during our first gathering in 2011. The aim is to inspire archaeologists and museum staff in Norway to an increased focus on experimental archaeology. We welcome to the annual meeting of the Norwegian Forum for Experimental Archaeology. The seminar takes place at Midgard Viking Centre in Borre, Vestfold and at Oseberg Viking Heritage's construction site at Vikingodden in Tønsberg. The aim of the conference is to increase the knowledge and competence around experimental archeology, and create an environment for the exchange of thoughts and ideas.
