I recently graduated from University of Glasgow with a Master's in Celtic and Viking Archaeology. For my dissertation I used GIS to determine the relation berween Viking Age sites with ironwoking evidence and necessary resources. I became interested in experimental archaeology when I was 16, when I designed a flintknapping experiment as a student in school. Now, I am pursuing metalworking in the Viking Age, particularly manufacturing. At the moment I do not have any experimental experiments ongoing, but I hope to gain some experience in the field over this next year before I go onto a PhD in September 2019.
