EXARC meeting during III OpenArch meeting in Modena (IT)

The EXARC member Museo Civico Archeologico Etnologico di Modena hosts the III OpenArch meeting. EXARC members are welcome to join in, 12 to 15 April 2012. The program includes our EXARC Annual General Meeting.

2010 EXARC Annual General Meeting

13th EXARC meeting

From 8th to 10th February, 2008, representatives of the archaeological open-air museums in Europe met in the Danish Middelaldercentret, south of Copenhagen for their 13th meeting since 2001. The agenda involved, besides of the introduction of open-air museums that recently joint the association, the discussion of quality standards for this category of museums and the presentation of certification processes already effected in Germany...

12th EXARC meeting

March 16th - 18th, 2007, EXARC met in Pitlochry, Scotland. This was a meeting, hosted by the Scottish Crannog Centre. EXARC members were observers during the 2nd liveARCH conference themed with "the dialogue with visitors". 11th EXARC meeting

March 16th - 19th, 2006 EXARC met again in Százhalombatta, Hungary. This is the only conference of EXARC that year. The first three days, 24 EXARC participants from 10 countries joined into the 2nd International Conference on experimental archaeology and archaeological parks, which took place simultaneously, with over 20 presentations and 60 participants...
