At the end of the calendar year we reflect on what happened to us in the past year. What goals did we have and which ones have we achieved? Reflect on the beautiful moments but also the less pleasant events, such as loved ones who have passed away. On the shortest day of the year, Friday December 22, you can light a candle near the largest dolmen in the Netherlands to commemorate a loved one or event.

At the Hunebed Center you can pick up a candle to place near the torch-lit dolmen. There are cards available on which you can write a message. You can hang this on the glass in which the lights are placed. The candles are ready between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM and you can place a light near the dolmen.

It is not necessary to register in advance.
