In the Iron Age, who was exactly the boss (NL)?
That depended on where exactly: at home, in the village.. Life was probably very much structured because the security of existence of every individual and the group as a whole depended on it. Being removed form the group was as good as impossible because your chances for survival were minimal in that case. Not just the boss was important, but every link: the one who prepared the food just as much as the one who administered judge or the one who traded with far away groups.
