Special Issue - OpenArch EXARC Digest Journal 2015-2 ready
With OpenArch coming to the end, EXARC decided to publish a special issue of Digest - dedicated to OpenArch. We asked the partners to write about their best experiences, summarizing their role in OpenArch and what they learned. In the Digest we published six peer-reviewed articles (divided between AOAM and Interpretation), and five Mixed Matters.

Early October, the EU Project OpenArch had its last convention. This took place in Calafell in Catalonia, Spain, where it all started five years earlier. Representatives of almost all 11 partners joined to discuss management in archaeological open-air museums...
Weblinks needed for open-air museums
EXARC (in cooperation with OpenArch) is preparing a little guide for archaeological open-air museums. It will explain what this category of museums can learn from the international museum world and where to find this help.We are 350 in Europe and maybe 1,000 worldwide and need contact with museum professionals.
2015-3 EXARC Journal published
With the Summer ending and a bit later than planned EXARC published its third online Journal this year. We prepared 8 articles this time, of which two are Mixed Matters. The other six are peer-reviewed and cover four different areas.
Two of the articles stem from a new themed Issue. This is about Craft and Skills in the OpenArch Project. See more.
ICOM June Meeting in Paris
The June meetings in Paris, by ICOM, are legendary. Each country sends a delegation, each international committee and many affiliated organisations too are present. This year, EXARC had the luck that our Treasurer, also Chair of ICOM Netherlands, attended the meetings and represented EXARC.

Megalithic Routes elects new Board
The Association Megalithic Routes is quite young, but has members in six countries. The group intends to make new routes along megalithic monuments and advertise these.
