Ax, sword and shield in experimental use

Roland Warzecha from the "Dimicator" fencing school in Hamburg will give you an insight into reconstructed historical martial arts of the Viking Age together with an international group of interested fighters. The basis for this is the careful evaluation of historical sources and archaeological finds. In joint training, the participants approach the fencing art of the Viking Age with methods of experimental archeology. There is enough time during the fencing breaks to answer questions from interested visitors.
