The XXII International Festival of Experimental Archaeology "Days of Living Archaeology in Kernavė" is back in full force!

This summer, in addition to the traditional presentation of ancient crafts and archaic lifestyles - reenactment of medieval battles, presentations of historical costumes, archaic music, educational competitions, archaic games, and open scientific lectures and discussions will take place.

The international event, which presents the cultural origins of Lithuania and neighbouring countries, invites you to spend three days in the historical capital of Kernavė.

FESTIVAL MUSIC INCLUDE: Ambera, UGNIAVIJAS, ATALYJA, Pradžiapati, Trys Keturiose, Javaryna, BORDO SARKANY, CORVUS CORAX, KRIVE and others.

FESTIVAL PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE: Experimental Archaeology Club "PAJAUTA", Living History Club "VARINGIS", Ancient Baltic Warfare Society "JOTVOS SŪNŪS", Drużyna Wojów Piastowskich "JANTAR", "EXERCITUS RIGENSIS", and many more.

We are looking forward to seeing you on the 8th – 10th July, Friday - Saturday, from 11 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM at the reconstructed medieval homesteads of Kernavė.

Entrance is FREE for children under 16 and Ukrainian citizens.
