Playfully into the past - European Archeology Days in the State Museum

We are pleased to be able to offer you great contributions again this year as part of the European Archeology Days.

True to the motto of the event "You have an appointment with your story", we are inviting families with children in particular to the Brandenburg State Archaeological Museum on June 17th and 18th, 2023. Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., young and old can try out various historical handicraft techniques in the cemetery of the Paulikloster. From rope making to felting, pottery and copper making to hallmarking based on antique models, there is a small but fine selection of hands-on activities.

A guided tour for children through the permanent exhibition of the house is also on the program on both days at 1 p.m.
