The great festival of late antiquity 2021 will take place in the Roman city of Carnuntum on August 14th and 15th. In the wake of the elevation of the Austrian Danube Limes to the status of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, visitors are now able to experience exactly that time first hand what makes those architectural and ground monuments so unique and worthy of protection.

Reenactors from all over Europe turn back the time 1.700 years and breathe life back into the Roman streets and reconstructed houses in Carnuntum, so that visitors can go straight back to late antiquity!
