Come and hear about the 'true crime' of the Middle Ages - and have a mug of good beer.
In the Middle Ages, a code of honor and being able to trust one's friends was what held society together. Even so, many a king's son or nobleman was assassinated in the most despicable manner. In fact, we can trace concrete conditions in our society today back to specific - and often unsolved - murders.
For this event, historian Kaare Johannesen and head of the Medieval Centre Andreas Bonde Hansen will take you through a series of the most mysterious, lowly and bestial murders of the Middle Ages. To accompany these gloomy tales, a mug of good, dark, medieval-inspired beer is served.
