This year's Upper Swabian Archeology Day promises a variety of insights into the cooking and eating habits of past times.
In the Bachritterburg, attention is drawn specifically to the food and cooking habits of the late Middle Ages. Guided tours invite you to learn more about the diet of the Middle Ages and also entice you with a small tasting of medieval dishes (if the hygiene regulations allow it). Young visitors can prove their archery skills and learn how much practice and patience it took to become a good hunter.
