During the Roman weekend, various activities take place at Archeon with a special camp where you can admire the daily life of the Romans.

The spectacular gladiator fight takes place every day, the temple ceremony at the temple of Nehalennia and the rituals and customs around the bathhouse are shown. The Roman wall, which once stood in Albanianae (Alphen aan den Rijn) is definitely worth a visit so that you have a nice overview of the Roman city in Archeon. Children can become Romans themselves and can participate in various Roman activities and of course take their own selfie as a Roman legionnaire.
