It is not that in Corona times the world stood still! Following the successful Journal, we published in November 2020, we now publish annually a digest of the articles we have previously published online. Our new EXARC Journal Digest cover 112 pages in full colour, with a great variety in reviewed articles (17 articles), mixed with a good number of book and conference reviews, as well as interviews and discussion (16 articles).
So, if you like to know the latest developments in experimental archaeology and open-air museums, you should read the EXARC Journal Digest. Unfortunately, this Digest can be only a taster of what is on offer in our online EXARC Journal. We had to choose from nearly 70 articles from all over the world and wide ranging topics including investigations into textile and pottery manufacture, reporting on smelting experiments, reconstructions of ancient bows and Roman gold washing amongst many others. Articles cover different corners of the world. This edition of the EXARC Journal is dedicated to Hans-Ole Hansen.
