Guided tours, demonstration of ancient technology and laboratory - Knowing the past through the 5 senses
The Livelet is open from 10.00 to 18.00. Throughout the day our archaeologists will guide you to discover life in a pile-dwelling village between 6000 and 3500 years ago.
Thanks to our special guests, during the day it will be possible to experience live how clay was worked starting from the Neolithic to obtain ceramic containers. At 11.00 the pit will be opened where the pots have been cooked all night and in the afternoon visitors will be able to try to manipulate the clay to obtain a container with prehistoric techniques.
During all opening hours it is possible to play in the playground overlooking the lake, relax in the gardens and discover the environment of the lakes with a path equipped with naturalistic panels. The Livelet is also an excellent starting point for walks in the Parco dei Laghi della Vallata or to reach the Panchina Gigante 181.
