The Faculty of Archaeology, University of Warsaw, with great joy and enthusiasm will take part in the annual European Archaeology Days. In Poland, the event is held under the patronage of the National Institute of Cultural Heritage.
Therefore, on June 18-20, 2021, we have prepared several events for both young and adult archaeology enthusiasts.
- From June 18, we invite you to the website of the Faculty of Archaeology, where you will be able to see a virtual exhibition devoted to selected archaeological sites researched by archaeologists from the University of Warsaw.
- The next day, there will be an archaeological workshop prepared by archaeologists in cooperation with the Children’s University of Interesting History.
- On the last day of the European Days of Archaeology, we invite those interested in archaeology and the history of Warsaw to visit the fortified settlement in Bródno Stare.
