A guided tour with the museum educator

This guided tour through the permanent exhibition of the Brandenburg State Museum of Archaeology is taking us to a long gone epoche: The Stone Age. Together we will learn some interesting facts about the former environmental conditions, which underwent dramatic changes. And of course we will deal with the lifestyles and survival strategies of our prehistoric ancestors.

What was life like in the final and still cold part of the Ice Age?
What do we know about the hunter and gatherer societies of the Mesolithic?
Who were the first farmers and cattlemen in contemporary Brandenburg, and where did they come from?

The guided tour is designed likewise for kids and adults and will take approximately 90 minutes. The number of participants, the use of replicas and interactive elements are depending on the current pandemic regulations.

The tour is included in the entrance fee.
