The Slavs are a fascinating ethnic group. In the early Middle Ages, their settlement area also extended into our region - after authentic archaeological reconstructions, an early medieval Slavic village can therefore be seen in the historical park.

We explore the customs, manners and cults of the Slavs, but also look at their everyday life and offer history to touch in various actions. The cultural exchange of the Slavs with other tribes and ethnic groups will also be in focus.

On Sunday at 2 p.m. we invite you to an exciting tour of the site. This campaign takes place as part of our double jubilee “10 years of the historical park and 30 years of the opening of the border” and is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Home.
