Exclusive Archaeology-Tour in Vindonissa
An archaeological walk with the Aargau culture boss and former leader of the excavations in Vindonissa Thomas Pauli-Gabi through the Roman camp in Windisch.
On the occasion of the cultural heritage year in the canton of Aargau, archaeologist Thomas Pauli-Gabi will be showing his highlights and most exciting discoveries in the Roman camp Vindonissa. Experience with the eyes of the archaeologist the treasures in the Vindonissa Museum and immerse yourself on the scene in the daily lives of legionnaires and senior officers. This includes a visit to a current excavation in the formerly monumental basilica in the middle of the legion camp.
