As part of the Day of the Hunebed, a painting workshop will take place on Sunday afternoon, August 20, led by painter Esther Schlebos, where you will get to work 'en plein air' painting the largest Hunebed in the Netherlands, D27. Look for an interesting composition and be amazed by the huge boulders that make up this gem of a monument. At a first glance, these boulders may all seem the same or not so special, but you will soon discover that a colorful collection of colors, textures and also mosses on the stones make the hunebed a beautiful painting scene.
For whom?
During this workshop suitable for adults you will paint 'en plein air' (in the open air). Both beginners and people with painting experience are welcome. Although not physically strenuous, it is important that you are able to be outside for 2.5 hours. Painting in a wheelchair or sitting on a chair is possible.

The workshops will take place on Sunday, August 20 (13:00-15:30). A slight run-out is possible.
