On Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 2 p.m., a one-off performance of a small theater play will take place for in the Dithmarschen Stone Age Park in Albersdorf.
Against the backdrop of the “Neolithic” house in Pennigbüttel (see attached photos from an earlier film shot in the Stone Age Park!) there will be an exciting little play (lasting about 30 minutes) for children and adults alike, which will be about life and surviving in the Stone Age.
After a long winter, supplies are largely used up in the spring, so a large hunting expedition is sent out from the Stone Age village. How dangerous life and hunting were back then becomes clear when the hunters return to the village with a seriously injured man. Will the shaman be able to heal him again...?
The small play was created by Monika Martkscheffel, the head of the Albersdorf forest kindergarten, in collaboration with several Stone Age carers from the AÖZA e.V. support association. V. (some of whom bring with them many years of experience from the performances at Heider Marktfrieden) as well as with Dr. Rüdiger Kelm, the museum director and narrator of the story, was developed on the basis of archaeological knowledge. With the help of Monika Marktscheffel's script, the big and small actors from the Albersdorf forest kindergarten and the AÖZA e.V. support association were able to. V. rehearse the performance several times in historical costumes and with equipment and tools that have been faithfully reproduced and prepare for the premiere. The performance is accompanied by “Stone Age” musical sounds.
The performance is included in the regular admission price to the Stone Age Park.
