Professional experience: modernizing special theme museums, involving volunteers, sponsors, donators and other non-profit oriented benefactors. Merging museum organisations. Upgrading and expanding of accommodation and technical facilities like the National Carriage Reserve. Positioning a museum as a national institution with an international network. Organizing projects in co-operation with other museums and organizations in the Netherlands and abroad.
Goals: developing international activities, finding creative solutions for classical museum problems, using experience from other disciplines.
