La Draga is a prehistoric lake settlement in Northern Catalonia like the ones in the Alpine area of the same period. This area of Catalonia at Lake Banyoles is a very densily used tourist area.

Therefore, the reconstructed Neolithic houses at this archaeological open air museum serve both an educational and a tourist goal.
The houses are constructed by Arqueolític who also manages the site, under the patronage of Museu Arqueològic Comarcal de Banyoles. They offer the chance to see demonstrations in experimental archaeology related to the Neolithic, events and workshops.
January 2009, the houses burnt down – it is unsure if they will be rebuilt.
