The Remick Country Doctor Museum and Farm is located in the heart of Tamworth Village, where the lives of country doctors and farming still breathe today. Left as a foundation, Dr. Edwin Crafts Remick left his beloved homes, buildings, barns and more to be preserved for public enjoyment, learning and exploration.

Buffalo Gap Historic Village is a large museum of fifteen outdoor structures and West Texas artifacts that reach back to the late 19th century and the early 20th century located in the small town of Buffalo Gap south of Abilene, Texas. The museum focuses particularly upon the years 1883, 1905, and 1925. The village is centered on the original Old Taylor County Courthouse and Jail from 1879.

The past comes alive at the Living History Farm. Authentic log cabins, corn cribs, a barn, a blacksmith shop, and a school have been reconstructed on the lower part of the 62-acre Roper Mountain site to demonstrate life in South Carolina's Upstate in the early 1800's.

Philip Foster Farm is a historic site in Eagle Creek, Oregon, United States. The farm is on a 640-acre (260 ha) land claim purchased in 1847 by American pioneer Philip Foster.

Stonefield was the 2,000 acre estate of Wisconsin's first governor, Nelson Dewey. Much of the original estate has been separated into Nelson Dewey State Park and the Stonefield historic site, an expansive museum operated by the Wisconsin Historical Society.
