This is the last weekend of our summer program, but we are by no means giving up! On the contrary: the focus is on physical well-being. On these days, grain is industriously threshed in the village and ground into flour in the hand mill. In addition to enjoying the weekly stick bread, we offer our guests the very special experience of having bread dough they bring with them baked in a medieval oven and taking a fragrant loaf of bread home with them as a souvenir.
