Visitors can find out all sorts of interesting facts about building and living in the Bronze Age on May 28th and 29th at the experience weekend "The walls of the sleeper construction are sealed with clay". Franz Pieler, scientific director of MAMUZ, shows the techniques and materials our ancestors used to build their houses thousands of years ago. In the threshold construction of the Bronze Age settlement, he will seal the walls, which are made of horizontal logs, with clay. Guests can not only watch, but also participate and learn all sorts of Bronze Age clay building techniques.
