Create a sitting or moon gazing hare, an animal steeped in mystery and storytelling and a lovely addition to your home or garden. Students will learn a variety of techniques including a variety of basketry techniques and freeform weaving. 

The workshop is suitable for anyone who is new to willow sculpture as well as those with little experience.

Please note that working with willow can be tiring on the hands and will be difficult for you to do if you have conditions such as arthritis.  

All equipment and materials will be provided you are welcome to bring your own secateurs if you wish to.

Tutor Jacqueline Rolls is an experienced willow sculptor and artist based in Hampshire, you will regularly find her out and about demonstrating and exhibiting at events, she is a member of the Basket Makers Association.
