I am a curator of the prehistory collections of the National Museum of Archeology of Catalonia (Barcelona) and associate lecturer at the Autonomous University of Barcelona where I teach subjects related to technology from an experimental point of view. I have worked on the development of experimental projects, design and realization of proposals for outreach on prehistoric heritage and the creation of archaeological replicas. My research focuses on issues related to the technology of Neolithic societies in the Mediterranean. My doctoral thesis focused on the analysis of wood technology and knapped stone from a technological and experimental point of view. I am co-director of the research project of the Neolithic site of La Draga (Banyoles, Spain), a lake dwelling with a fantastic conservation of organic material.
