Currently studying for a MA in Roman Archaeology at the University of York and an experienced potter. My current research project involves building a roman kiln and experimenting with firings. I make amphorae and roman cooking vessels and I'm very interested in the roman preparation and cooking of food. I am an experienced journalist and I am also putting together a blog/website promoting the values and benefits of archaeology to a wider audience.
