Since 2016, Sofia works on textile and clothing history research, recreating historical clothing, especially in the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, in experimental archaeology and living history, accepting costume commissions for reenactment or other events and making workshops about these subjects. With a Post-Graduation in Intangible Cultural Heritage (ULHT), a Degree in Marketing (IADE- Creative University) and is a Fashion Designer Graduate, (IADE), with a Specialization in Fashion Communication, and also completed the professional course in Industrial Clothing Modeling (CIVEC). Has been participating in several training courses (embroidery, weaving, dyeing, etc). Is part of the board of Arqa-Association of Archeology and as a social corps member of the Portuguese Association for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
