In his course, Peter Knodel would like to introduce the advantages, techniques and possible uses of the versatile building material clay. This will be done very practically when building a wall in one of the Zeiteninsel buildings. 

During this weekend, with the support of our experienced course instructors, you can plan and implement your own projects on the subject of bronze casting.

Wood and clay are the oldest building materials known to man and are also used in the construction of the Zeiteninsel model buildings. In the Bronze Age residential building, a double wattle wall will be built, which will then be daubed.
Participation of at least two days is necessary.

In the two-day course, the participants learn which work steps are required to make a bow and make their own bow under expert guidance.

In this introductory course, you can make your own natural wood bow in one day.
