The international experimental archaeology conference started as a one day event in 2006, at UCL London. By now, it still is a pleasant get together for all those interested in experimental archaeology from an academic or open-air museum perspective. Next year’s conference will be hosted by University College Dublin and the Irish National Heritage Park, Ireland on the 16th to 18th of January 2015. We are very excited by the chance to take the conference slightly further afield, and hope that the excellent facilities and thriving experimental community in Ireland will make this a conference to remember.
