EU ERASMUS+ Meeting

Adult education and adult learning can take many forms. Museums can be learning spaces for adults for example for migrants, senior citizens or for inclusive approaches. On November 16, EXARC attended an information meeting of the Dutch National Agency for ERASMUS+, more specifically, for adult education. Following a series of examples of projects, participants received information on the two different types of action: KA1 (mobilities) and KA2 (strategic partnerships). Each of these types has another deadline and structure, but the aims are the same. In general, this program supports adult learning of key abilities to survive in the European employment market, like reading/writing, language and digital abilities. The program is not meant for professional development.
