EXARC issues membership cards for most of its members. This is an easy way to identify yourself as a member, for example when visiting one of the over 110 museums which we have in our membership.
For a long time now, we used plastic to produce these cards, which have the size of a credit card. However, thinking about sustainability, we decided to change things.
From this year onward, all paying members (except for our most simple membership which is digital only) will receive a new membership card annually. This is made out of resilient cardboard which is just as robust and reliable as plastic yet without the problems of recycling and disposing of them at the end of the year.
