Early December, we silently started with the EU Project RETOLD. This is all about open-air museums and the documentation, digitization and sharing of their stories. The start of the project is mainly about ensuring all partners agree with what we promised Brussels, checking what changed since a year ago and where challenges may arise in the start of the 4-year project. We planned several digital meetings with each partner and one general one. Also discussing the next few months and timeline.

Project countries are Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain and Romania. EXARC is the project leader. Our partners are very excited to get this project on the road, to make a difference for the museums, and especially for their visitors. It will take a while before the first results will be visible, but we have the plans, the people and the means!
