The Support Ukraine Network (SUN) was founded back in 2022 as an initiative between the YEAR Centre (York Experimental Archaeological Research, UK), EXARC, and Ukraine-based ancient craft expert and EXARC member Yarema Ivantsiv. The aim of the initiative is to provide a network linking researchers and cultural heritage professionals in Ukraine with those in other countries, in order to provide mentorship and resources for open-air museums, experimental archaeologists, live interpreters, and ancient craft experts. SUN will soon have its own website, but for now you can find more information through the link below.

SUN will also be hosting an upcoming live discussion on the topic of open-air museums. We would like to invite all of those interested to attend, in order to share knowledge, experience, and resources within the network. You do not have to be an EXARC member to attend.
