On March 9th we had our first online discussion on 2024 with the Support Ukraine Network (SUN). During the meeting, colleagues from Ukraine shared their open-air museums, and discussed their experiences with managing and maintaining these institutions. Examples include the Kamianets-Podilskyi Historical Museum-Reserve, the Dami Halic Reserve, and the Trakhtemyriv reserve. Discussions and presentations also included themes such as working with children, the use of virtual reality, applying for UNESCO World Heritage status, and how to deal with financial difficulties. 

The discussion was extremely enlightening for all present, and we look forward to our next event which will be hosted at some point in the next few months. Watch this space for more information, and also make sure to keep an eye on the brand new SUN website, which launched last week!
