The AGM takes place on Friday 21 April, starting at 17:00h in the van Steenisbuilding, Faculty of Archaeology, University Leiden (NL). All EXARC members are cordially invited.

Besides the usual points like discussion of the past year, agreeing on the report and showing our ideas for 2017, there are two points of special attention.

First of all, we hope to know by then if EXARC was awarded an EU grant, see more here: exarc.net/history/eu-application-support-european-networks.

The other point is our suggestion to raise the fees from 2018 (for the first time since 2013).

The suggestion is as follows:

• 5 EUR for individual (cat. 2) and students (50 members)
• 10 EUR for individual members (cat.1) and Institutional (cat.2)(155 members)
• 25 EUR for institutional (cat.1)(80 members)
